Our Vision
We do more than build; we actively help our clients conceptualize design and budget their projects. Our principals have formal education in architecture and business management, as well as construction and carpentry, and we put this knowledge to work early in the process to solidly link vision with the end result.


The Craft
Each project is unique. We augment our project team as necessary with specialists drawn from a pool of proven craftspeople and material suppliers. We have experience building or expanding many different styles of homes.


A Proven Process
Preliminary client meetings generate sound conceptual designs and budgets. We ensure that plans, specifications and schedules are clear at the outset so projects run smoothly.

We work with hundreds of quality oriented craftsmen and material suppliers. Plans are sent to subcontractors and suppliers to confirm budgets. When a project is fully specified and costs are nailed down, construction begins and follows a detailed schedule. Subcontractors and suppliers on critical path are continually contacted to ensure milestones are met.

To ensure repeat business with our subcontractors and suppliers as well as for client satisfaction, sites are kept clean and organized, change orders are minimized and payment is prompt. As such, we can count on priority scheduling and quality work.

Our management style is to define projects clearly and elegantly and then turn things over to competent craftsmen for construction. While we have developed a team of qualified craftsmen who are good problem solvers we are on site daily to address questions or to solve inevitable issues that do arise.
