With almost 40 years of building experience, a formal education in architecture, design and business management, Pacific Builders delivers a signature level of craftsmanship to each fine home and renovation. We are immersed in the overall design, detailing, on-site coordination and final construction of every project.

We have created custom cabinets and windows, hand-fabricated rails, hand-hewn beams, custom floors, specialty built-ins such as hidden bookcases, entertainment centers, handmade tiles, custom colored stucco, hand-forged wrought iron, integrated solar panels, radiant flooring, carved stone mantles and more.

We assist our clients in visualizing every facet of their unique residence, even creating models and full-scale mockups. We solidly link vision with the end result, and help our clients generate sound conceptual designs and budgets.

To ensure repeat business with our subcontractors and suppliers, as well as for client satisfaction, sites are kept clean and organized, change orders are minimized, and payment is prompt. As such, we can count on priority scheduling and quality work. When a project is fully specified and costs are nailed down, construction begins and follows a detailed schedule.

We are a green-certified builder. Our team constructed one of the early green buildings built in California in the 1980s and continue to create energy-efficient homes constructed with sustainable materials. We have vast experience working on historic homes and have matched existing roof tiles, fabricated adobe from each on-site, and reused redwood in original homes.
